Santa Joins the Polar Bear Swim in Nanaimo

December 26th, 2008

You heard right, I will be in Nanaimo on December 26th around 1 pm to swim in the cold ocean.  “I think I have an advantage having practised at the North Pole”  Will post pics tomorrow after the swim.

Santa in Reindeer Lake Manitoba!

December 25th, 2008

You heard me correctly! Santa is now delivering presents to the residents of REINDEER LAKE MANITOBA, CANADA!!! He is moving at a very swift speed, and will soon reach Saskatchewan. From there Santa is planning on going to Colorado in the United States, and will loop around through different parts of the States and Canada! All children that live in Colorado and Saskatchewan should all be in bed and sleeping, because “he knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you’re awake”!Any children that live in Alberta, and even British Colimbia, should also be sleeping!

Santa has decided to go a little slower over Reindeer Lake, Manitoba. This is very special and exciting for both Donner and Blitzen, because they have relatives that are still alive in Reindeer Lake.

That is it for me for tonight. I will be back tomorrow for updates on Santa and his reindeer. I may even do some painting, because I will not be too busy! Throughout the year I still make sure that the reindeer get plenty of exercise, healthy food, and rest, because when training time comes around for these reindeer, we do not need any flabby bellies!!!

I truly wish everyone and anyone a very Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas! Joyeux Noel! Feliz Nabidad!

Have a happy holiday season, and enjoy the snow if you have any!

See you again tomorrow!

Christmas Eve continued…

December 25th, 2008

Hey everyone, Paisley here!

Santa has made beautiful progress. After going to Nanaimo to visit some families, he delivered presents to children in Japan, Italy, England, Pyramids of Giza, and the Taj Mahal in India. His last stop was in Russia, but he won’t be visiting many children there, because the people of Russia celebrate Christmas two weeks later than when we celebrate it.

Many of the elves here at the Pole are getting ready to take a vacation, and some are staying here. I am going to stay here awhile. I may go somewhere warm for a while though. It would be such a wonderful change from the cold weather here at the North Pole. Brazil, maybe, Cuba, yes Cuba is nice. There are many places I could go. Did you know that I love to paint pictures? I also love to bake. Whenever I have a chance, I love to bake with Mrs. Claus. I think that when the Christmas season is officially over, I will paint lots and lots of pictures.

That’s it from me for know, but I will be back in a half an hour to let you know where Santa is.

Happy Holidays!

Visits in Nanaimo

December 24th, 2008

Santa here! This year I have decided to deviate from my normal course and make a few special visits to some lucky families in Nanaimo. I will be here for a couple hours, and I will then continue on my journey.

Everything is going smoothly with the sleigh. Thank you to the sleigh repair elves for doing a great job on the sleigh.

Another thank you goes out to any elf that was involved with training the reindeer. Thank you to our head of reindeer elf, Paisley.

Krusticus, you have done a great job with every thing you have done. You have certainly have made all of the meetings and appointments run well.

All of our toy elves have done a splendid job on the toys. They are fabulous!

Well, that is it for me for now. Keep an ear out for Paisley within the next couple of hours to see where I am.

Have a wonderful Christmas season, everyone!

Christmas Eve…

December 24th, 2008

It is Christmas Eve! At last, the moment all of us elves have waited for! Santa has departed on his journey to visit all of those wonderful children throughout the world. Some of the places that Santa has visited are Switzerland; New Zealand; Poland; Germany; France; and China.

All of the elves here at the North Pole are happy that this has been another successful Christmas. I sure am happy about the reindeer. They trained hard, and with minimal complaining. They were serious in their training, and in my opinion, they were as ready for this night as any reindeer could be. So, I would like to congratulate Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner,Blitzen, and Rudolph for all of the hard training they have put forth for this night. I would also like to congratulate all of are fill-in reindeer for replacing a sick or injured reindeer, and making the training go more smoothly. Their names are Olive, Glossie, Flossie, Phil, Danny, and Nate. I would also like to thank Jojo, the Christmas elephant, for all of his efforts. Jojo volunteered to pull Santa’s sleigh, but we didn’t have a big enough harness. Even though you messed more things up than you made things work, we appreciate everything you do, Jojo. We would like to thank you for everything. Yay Jojo!

We just received an update from Santa Claus! He says that everything is running smoothly, and he is happy with the reindeer’s performance. He is delivering to the children of Mount Everest as we speak. I will be keeping you updated, but if you want to watch the videos, you can go to www.youtube.com and type Norad Santa tracker 2008 into the search box.

I will be back in about half an hour to tell you were Santa has been.

Merry Christmas!
